That goal has since translated into locations around the US, creating entrepreneurship and management opportunities for many. The Radiant Waxing brand was founded in 2010 with the goal of offering talented and passionate people in the beauty and wellness industry the chance to work in an uplifting environment. I must add, the steak was local, like from the next stall to them which is fantastic.Radiant Waxing Shrewsbury culture was born from a calling. Highly recommended and we will definitely be coming back.

My partner ordered local eggs, local ham and sourdough bread.Īs you can see, the picture speak for them selves, for such a simple couple of dishes, they were divine. I ordered steak ciabatta with blue cheese, and red onion chutney. I was impressed by his work, and looking forward to my brunch. Nothing exciting here, (sparkling water and black coffee) we were sat and could see the food prep area, as I was looking at the menu I could see the chef making orders up. We sat down and was greeted by a lovely lady who made us feel really welcomed and took out drinks order. So, a half hearted look around the Shrewsbury Market (which I highly recommend btw) we did a circuit and I'd spied this. Saturday late morning, we'd had a smoothie b4 we left home, but by the time we got to Shrewsbury my tummy was rumbling. I cannot recommend it highly enough.you will not be disappointed! More

If you are in Shrewsbury do come here to eat. And the Lunch box then offers a truly fantastic evening meal (with wine if wanted) for an incredibly reasonable price. The icing on the cake is that on the first Saturday of every month the market has late night opening. Attentive, friendly and fun you will always leave with a smile on your face. Service by Mim his partner is pretty special too. His breakfast is far superior to anything else on offer in the market, or for that matter in town. And his organic sourdough bread comes from The Bakehouse (another gem of a place situated just outside the market )Īll food is cooked and prepared to perfection, with those extra little touches that make it extra special. Īdrian is a talented and imaginative local chef, who has started up this wonderful little place where the emphasis is on top quality, locally sourced ingredients. The food on offer is the best you will get anywhere. Situated in the Market Hall (well worth a visit in its own right for the buzzy atmosphere and fantastic produce available) The Lunchbox is open for breakfast. We live very locally so know all of the restaurants in Shrewsbury.
